Current and Previous Projects

I have been privileged to collaborate with some amazing L&D, HR and Change teams in the UK and internationally, on a Freelance / interim basis, working on many interesting projects covering L&D strategy, learning development / delivery and change management. Some of the larger projects I've worked on the last few years, include:

  • PwC Middle East in conjunction with Star2 Consulting - Delivered bespoke Business Model Reinvention training for new Senior Managers and Directors in Dubai, enabling PwC leaders to drive innovation throughout the organisation.


  • Metropolitan Police Service – Delivery of Superuser Training, Train the Trainer programmes and post go-live support for the biggest IT transformation project ever undertaken by any police force in the UK


  • Manchester University NHS Trust – Epic Credentialed Training Team Lead for Emergency Department transition to Epic Patient Record System, covering Train the Trainer for the team and delivery of training to 1000s of Trust ED staff including Consultants, Nurses and Receptionists .


  • NATS (National Air Traffic Service) – Collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts, the Training Design / eLearning team, and multiple business stakeholders, I led the development of a comprehensive suite of blended learning programs for Service Operations Management, as part of the £2bn transformation project to replacement NATS technical and operating environment, which keeps the skies safe over the UK.


  • Pro Bono work for Cardiff-based children’s charity: Following a request from a colleague at NATS to help out a friend, conducted workshops to help the charity’s training staff transition to digital, remote work following COVID restrictions. Reworked in-person workshops to be delivered remotely, covering MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, enhancing digital proficiency. Also managed the procurement of a new LMS.
